By retaining the services of Bye-Bye Ticket Inc., the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the terms of this service contract.
Bye-Bye Ticket is committed to offering the services included in the chosen package, against the amount received. Services include:
Opening and managing the file
An initial telephone consultation with one of our expert lawyers to explain to you the steps to follow in preparing your case
Management of all the documents in your file by our computerized and secure management system
Any search for information that may help depending on the complexity of the case
A study of your statement of offense and an analysis of the evidence by our expert lawyers
The request for disclosure of the evidence to the prosecuting party
Determining the orientation of the defense of your case according to your wishes
Any preparation required for your case by our expert lawyers
Any negotiation with the prosecuting party in order to obtain the best possible settlement
Note: It is possible that a request for surrender will be filed in your file, in the event that our team of experts is not in possession of all the necessary documents in order to present a full and complete defense. We will contact you at least 3 days before the date of the hearing to see if this procedure is suitable for you before making any request in this regard.
All applications and registrations must be accompanied by the payment associated with the package. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All documents corresponding to your file, for which an incomplete payment has been received, will be immediately returned to the sender without further notice.
Any procedure additional to the agreed mandate will be the subject of a new contract between the parties with the adjustment of the costs associated with the new mandate desired.
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to refuse to process certain statements of violations issued or any other request.
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to refuse any cause that we would not be sympathetic to.
Bye-Bye Ticket is not responsible for the loss of any document sent by post, nor for delays due to the latter.
The customer is required to provide Bye-Bye Ticket with the statement of violation as well as any required documents and supporting documents, as well as any document relating to the statement of violation, upon receipt of these.
It is also the customer's responsibility to send us the information sheet and the documents requested upon registration. Any document can be sent to us by email at info@byebyetickets.ca.
It is the customer's responsibility to:
Provide for the deadlines inherent in the transmission of its documents in order to ensure compliance with certain deadlines provided for in this agreement
Ensure the receipt of any document sent by following up with our team
The deadline will be calculated from the date on which Bye-Bye Ticket will have the documents in its possession. If you do not confirm receipt, Bye-Bye Ticket will not be held responsible for any missing documents.
Any hearing date sent by the court must be received at our offices a minimum of 12 days prior to the audition date.
No oral hearing date will be accepted. Only written transmission methods are valid.
Bye-Bye Ticket cannot guarantee the processing or the protection of your rights in any file whose hearing date has not been received within the time limit mentioned above. A customer who has failed to comply with this obligation will not be able to invoke having authorized us to obtain his request for a discount.
The customer must:
Inform us immediately of any new hearing dates set by the court
Ensure that this new date has been entered in your file by following up with the Bye-Bye Ticket staff
Take note of your audition date
Make yourself available for the hearing of your case, unless otherwise advised by the legal team
In the event that you are not available to appear in court on the date mentioned on your notice of hearing, you must send the legal team a document attesting to the reason for absence with a minimum delay of 10 days prior to the audition date. An emergency rebate fee may be charged if a late rebate request is made. No rebate request will be made until payment is required.
The legal team will make representations in order to obtain a discount on your file. This will be evaluated by the judge sitting at the court. At no time can we guarantee that the request will be granted.
In the event that you did not receive a notice of hearing and the court found you guilty by default, Bye-Bye Ticket cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the judgment. In this situation, Bye-Bye Ticket will offer you alternatives.
Insofar as the client wants another person to have access to information concerning his case or to be able to speak and act on his behalf, he will have to provide us with a power of attorney for this purpose.
In the absence of such a document, no information will be communicated, as the information is confidential in nature.
The customer is solely responsible for any information given and decisions made by his representative and hereby releases Bye-Bye Ticket and the legal team from any liability relating to any misinformation leading to harm.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate personal contact details in order to ensure contact is made.
The customer must immediately inform us of any change in personal contact details by sending us a document with the new contact details as well as the effective date of these changes.
It is the client's responsibility to inform us, the court, the courthouse and the SAAQ of any change of address.
If the provisions of this section are not respected, Bye-Bye Ticket is not responsible for the consequences arising from the impossibility of reaching the customer.
It is the client's responsibility to provide any information or document deemed necessary for the purposes of managing and processing the file.
The customer undertakes to collaborate in good faith, as accurately as possible and in a courteous manner, with the lawyers and staff of Bye-Bye Ticket in the exercise of the defense of his rights.
There are no refunds. If a customer wishes to cancel their registration, they acknowledge that the costs incurred correspond to services already provided by Bye-Bye Ticket.
Any failure to comply with one of the conditions listed in this agreement may result in the end of the processing of the file without financial compensation.
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this contract at any time, with immediate effect as soon as they are posted on the site. We will post the new terms and conditions and provide the most recent update date. The customer is invited to review the terms and conditions each time he uses the site or makes a transaction. If the terms and conditions are no longer acceptable to him, he must immediately stop using the site and our services.
Any failure to comply with one of the conditions listed in this agreement may result in the end of the processing of the file without financial compensation.
Bye-Bye Ticket reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this contract at any time, with immediate effect as soon as they are posted on the site. We will post the new terms and conditions and provide the most recent update date. The customer is invited to review the terms and conditions each time he uses the site or makes a transaction. If the terms and conditions are no longer acceptable to him, he must immediately stop using the site and our services.
