2. Nature of services

Bye-Bye Ticket offers information services, administrative support and, when applicable, legal services provided exclusively by lawyers who are members of the Quebec Bar.

Important: No lawyer-client relationship is created by the simple use of the site, the consultation of content, or the transmission of information. Such a relationship only arises following an express acceptance of a mandate by Me Didier Pietropaolo or any other lawyer, in accordance with applicable ethical rules, including in particular identity, capacity and conflict of interest verifications.

3. Obligations of the customer

As part of any mandate given, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  • Provide complete and accurate information

  • Collaborate actively and in good faith with the legal team

  • Respect the applicable deadlines

If these obligations are not respected, Me Didier Pietropaolo, any associate lawyer and/or Bye-Bye Ticket cannot be held responsible for any delay, limitation in the preparation of the file, impossibility to act, loss of rights, prejudice or any negative consequences that may result from it, including in particular any impact on the outcome of the case.

You acknowledge that any legal process involves risks depending on independent factors, including evidence, witnesses, court decisions and the circumstances specific to the case.

  • Any conviction, loss of license, or suspension

  • Any loss of demerit points

You acknowledge that use of the site is at your risk and that the site is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, availability, or operation.

7. Fees and payment

The fees are established according to the package or the agreement reached. They are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in accordance with applicable rules, and are in no way conditional on the result obtained.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of use.
